Know Before You Decide

Free pregnancy testing, free limited obstetric ultrasounds, options consultations, and more.

pregnancy signs

Your first step is to find out if you are actually pregnant. A missed period is the most common indication, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re pregnant.

Pregnancy tests are an indicator of pregnancy, not a confirmation.

Pregnancy tests can provide invalid results, and false positives can still happen. Hormonal changes, stress, diet, and exercise all influence your cycle and reproductive health. Home tests can produce incorrect results for other reasons as well.

KNOW FOR SURE

If you think you may be pregnant, your first step is to schedule a pregnancy confirmation appointment. A missed period is the most common indication, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re pregnant.

Pregnancy tests can provide invalid results, and false positives can still happen. Hormonal changes, stress, diet, and exercise all influence your cycle and reproductive health.

If the test is positive and it has been long enough since your last menstrual period, the medical professionals at our center can perform a limited obstetrical ultrasound to determine how far along you are, giving you essential information at no cost. You can also talk through your options without any coercion or cost involved.
