You are not alone in what you are feeling, and you don't need to be alone and isolated as you recover. As you reach out for assistance, you will discover a compassionate community of men & women who are experienced and can help you recover.
We're here to help you heal
If you have had a past abortion(s) and find yourself struggling with unexpected emotions days or even years later, we are here to help. Women are often silent on the issue of abortion; this silence perpetuates the myth that you alone experience these feelings. You are not alone - this psychological response is known as Post-Abortion Stress (PAS). Post-Abortion Stress symptoms include:
- Anger
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Suicidal Thoughts (30-50%)
- Actual suicide attempts (7-30%)
- Anniversary Grief
- Flashbacks of Abortion
- Sexual Dysfunction
- Relationship Problems
- Eating Disorders
- Alcohol and Drug Abuse
- Psychological Reactions
We offer one-on-one peer-counseling and the choice of two groups to best fit your needs.
In a survey of 260 women,*90.9% indicated a post-abortion counseling group was a helpful means of coping with their negative feelings.

"Changed" is a group empowering women to break the silence of abortion in a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental community. We seek to develop relationships and explore healing with others who have made the same choice. There are common threads of emotions that are shared by many women who have chosen abortion. We will be exploring these feelings and seeking pathways to restitution.
We also offer a biblically based group empowering women to break the silence of abortion. This is a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental community of Christian women seeking to understand and know that God's grace and mercy absolutely extends to post-abortive women. This study looks at God's forgiveness and redemption for the post-abortive woman.
All information and meeting locations are kept in strict confidence.
