Take Hwy. 105 N into Boone. At the corner of Hwy. 105 and Hwy. 321 (Wendy's), take a right. Proceed down Hwy. 321 until you come to the Holiday Inn Express. Take a left onto Longvue Road. Take an immediate left onto Furman Road. The center is located in the curve about a quarter of a mile down.

From Deep Gap:

Take Hwy. 421 North into Boone. At the intersection of Hwy. 105 Ext. and Hwy. 421 South, take a left onto Hwy. 105 Ext. At the intersection of Hwy. 105 Ext. and Hwy. 321 (Wendy's), take a left onto Hwy. 321. Proceed down Hwy. 321 until you come to the Holiday Inn Express. Take a left onto Longvue Road. Take an immediate left onto Furman Road. The center is located in the curve about a quarter of a mile down.

From Vilas/Zionville:

Take Hwy. 421 into Boone. At the intersection of Hwy. 421 and Hwy. 321 (Wendy's), take a right onto Hwy. 321. Proceed down Hwy. 321 until you come to the Holiday Inn Express. Take a left onto Longvue. Take an immediate left onto Furman Road. The center is located in the curve about a quarter of a mile down.

From Bethel/Sugar Grove

Take Hwy. 321 to the intersection of Hwy. 321 and Hwy. 421. Take a right onto Hwy. 421 heading towards Boone (Please see directions above from Vilas).

From Blowing Rock

Take 321 N into Boone. At Walgreen's, take a right onto Deerfield Road. Proceed down Deerfield until you come to Boone Drug. Take a left onto Kimberly Drive. Travel all the way down Kimberly until you come to a stop sign. Take a right on Furman Road. The center is in the curve.
